Registration and Account

  • Every user must provide correct and valid information while registering. Fake or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If any information is found incorrect, the account may be suspended or terminated without notice.

E-Book Purchase

  • Any person may purchase e-books. After purchasing, if they want to join the distribution team, they may participate voluntarily. Joining is optional and fully based on personal consent and responsibility. E-books are digital products; therefore, no refund is provided after purchase.

E-Book Packages

  • Basic E-Books Package (PKR 500):
    • 250 PKR Book Cost
    • 250 PKR Leadership Sales Commission
  • Silver E-Books Package (PKR 1,000):
    • 500 PKR Book Cost
    • 500 PKR Leadership Sales Commission
  • Gold E-Books Package (PKR 5,000):
    • 2,500 PKR Book Cost
    • 2,500 PKR Leadership Sales Commission
  • Platinum E-Books Package (PKR 10,000):
    • 5,000 PKR Book Cost
    • 5,000 PKR Leadership Sales Commission

Payments are made through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account.

Payment and Verification

  • Users must upload a payment screenshot after sending any payment. Amount sent to the Team Manager will be verified by the Team Manager. Book Cost sent to the company will be verified by the company within 24–48 hours. Incorrect or unclear screenshots may lead to rejection of approval.

App / System Access Fee

  • Each user must pay a fixed App Login Access Fee of PKR 275. In addition, a daily service fee of PKR 1 will be charged. This fee is deducted from the user's commission. If the commission is insufficient, the remaining fee will be claimed directly from the user, and the user must pay it.

Commission and Sales Structure

  • Distributors and Supervisors receive PKR 1 per e-book sale as commission, paid by the company. Team Managers do not receive commission from the company. Whenever a new e-book is purchased, the buyer sends the Team Manager's commission directly to the Team Manager. The company only receives the Book Cost.

Company Responsibility

  • The company only collects Book Cost, which is used for management, system development, servers, software operations, and maintenance. The company does not guarantee income, sales, performance, or any fixed earning amount. Earnings depend entirely on individual effort and sales performance.

No Investment or Return Program

  • This platform is for E-Books Distribution, Learning, and Sales Skill Development. It is not an investment scheme, profit-return plan, doubling money system, or guaranteed earnings program. Every user participates at their own risk and responsibility.

Distribution Rules

  • The buyer pays Book Cost to the company and Leadership Sales Commission directly to the Team Manager. The company does not send any commission or payment to any distributor or manager.

Progress Stages

  • Distributor: Understand the system and e-books.
  • Supervisor: Improve sales skills and grow in performance.
  • Team Manager: Earn commission through e-book sales and guide the team.

Code of Conduct

  • Users must maintain honesty, respect, and positive behavior. Cheating, fake proofs, misleading actions, false documents, or spam activities may result in immediate termination of the account.

Misleading / False Income Claims Policy

  • No user is allowed to make false claims such as guaranteed income, quick money promises, unrealistic earnings, fake screenshots, or any misleading financial statement. Any such activity will result in permanent termination of distribution rights. No commission or fees will be refunded. Re-registration is not allowed after termination.

Legal Guidelines

  • Every payment is exchanged for a real digital e-book product. All commissions are based on actual sales. There is no interest, no investment guarantee, and no unlawful or invalid financial activity involved.

Acceptance of Terms

After purchasing e-books, if the user chooses to join the team, all these terms will apply. By joining and participating in the NOON E-Books Community, the user confirms that they fully understand and agree to all Terms & Conditions.
